Bride

For over two decades I have been privileged to be married to the most wonderful woman on the planet. I really think she is the best God made since Eve. She endures with my insensitivity, my inordinate workload, my travel and the glass house in which we live. She joyfully consented to adopting our 4 child. She gladly homeschool's our children (of which we have 7) and has done so for the last 16 years. She nurtures our household. She is the anchor to stability in our family. She cooks, cleans and washes. All this while finding time to be wife, friend, women's ministry leader in the church and small business owner.

Prov 5:18 says, "Let your fountain be blessed, and rejoice in the wife of your youth." This exhortation comes after a stern warning to stay away from extramarital affairs. The writer is telling the reader to let the provision of refreshment/satisfaction come from inside the marriage and to get happy about God's gift of faithful companionship who is your wife. This pastor is pleased to report that I am regularly supplied with all I need from the "Fuller fountain" and I have never been more happy with, or about, the wife of my youth. I thank God that He allows me to enjoy this once in a millennium woman who is Cynthia Fuller. He is treating me better than I deserve. Live right, live well...
